Learning to make my own noodles was fun, but it also involved a lot of trial & error and arm muscle. The first time my noodles were so thick it ended up being more like dumplings. The second time I got a workout trying to roll them thin as paper. Then, I saw that KitchenAid make a pasta roller/cutter. Guess what I asked for at Christmas?
