Hot Cocoa Cookies

Thanks to my sister-in-law for sharing this cute recipe for the holidays! Not only do they taste like hot cocoa, but are very, very cute for a cookie platter!

Look at those plump little marshmallows!

I found that my cookies took more like 14 minutes to cook.  Also, the marshmallows browned after 2 minutes so I had to be sure to add them at the very last minute or so.
