Yeah, yoga kicked my butt!

I had my first yoga class on Monday. I went thinking it would be relaxing and meditative, which is was, but soon found out it was also physically challenging! I quickly realized on unflexible and unbalanced I am. However, at the end of class I felt invigorated and excited to do it again. I also signed up for pilates which will start in a few days. I'm sure that'll be a whole other story. My body will hate me. LOL! My goal this fall is to become more active and work on myself. So, sit back and laugh at my adventures...
