This is my new project. I just started on a whim, but helping it grows. The concept was highlighted in People magazine last summer. The basic concept for Birthday Cakes 4 Kids is to provide birthday cakes to needy families with young children. These cakes are free to those families. All costs come from out-of-pocket, donations and time given by volunteers (aka my wonderful friends!) I would have never thought that any place like Hamilton County would have the need, however after volunteering at our church's food & baby pantry I've seen a whole new world. Thank you to everyone who has supported me and offered to help! I really appreciate it!
