I remember when my sister-in-law found out she was having a girl, I was ecstatic. Not only because I'd have a niece, but I could pass all my favorite girl clothes to her. My girls' clothes have so many good memories, that I cringed at the thought selling them to a stranger for mere pocket change. They are worth millions of dollars in memories! Thank goodness I have the sweetest sister-in-law who knows about my sentimentality. Each time I see Maggie, she's wearing a recognizable outfit that makes me beam!

I feel the same! Those clothes are hard to give up...so many memories attached to each one! Probably why my attic is still stuffed with baby/toddler clothes! :)
